We expect some 125 international art, architecture, and design librarians, archivists, visual resource professionals, art and architectural historians, and students in these disciplines to attend the three-day conference.

Our sponsorship levels offer opportunities to promote your brand through conference materials and sponsorship of panel sessions, coffee breaks, keynote speaker, opening reception, and a dinner at the Art Institute’s Stock Exchange Room designed by Louis Sullivan.

SPONSORSHIP INFORMATION

 BASIC – $300

  • Acknowledgement in program online and program; inclusion of materials in the registration packet

BRONZE – $600

  • Sponsorship of a session, including acknowledgement within program description and display of logo and contact information prior to the sponsored session (with mention at the start of the session)
  • Acknowledgement in program online and program; inclusion of materials in the registration packet 

SILVER – $800

  • Sponsorship of keynote speaker, including acknowledgement within program description and display of logo and contact information prior to the keynote address (with mention in the introductory remarks)
  • Acknowledgement in program online and program; inclusion of materials in the registration packet

GOLD – $1500 

  • Underwriter of reception

Deadlines

Payment must be received prior to June 15 in order to be included in the conference program.

Payment and Cancellation

Please make checks out to the University of Notre Dame with “IFLA Art Libraries Section Satellite Meeting” in the memo line. Unfortunately, we cannot provide any refunds. Please mail the check to:

Distribution of Printed Materials
